Spacious room, exceptionally comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Central location, not very far from a waterfront park.

It has pleasant and consistently courteous personnel from the doorman to the front desk. The room is perfectly clean, comes with a mini fridge and a King Bed and a comfy sofa.

Its staff was perfectly nice and outstandingly accommodating. The room was impressive and new-fashioned, plus the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Very very nice staff and the place was clean. The hotel had a central position close to the Waterfront. Spent our evenings in nearby House of Que enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Both rooms we booked were huge and extremely spacious with good view, 2 x Queen beds plus massive TV, the stay was such great!

We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived, and throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, offering a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site brunch cafe, which served delicious meals.

I had a spotless room in this impeccably clean hotel. The staff were pleasant and consistently courteous people from the doorman to the front desk. The lobby bar was a delightful surprise. Everything was simply brand-new.

I like the relaxed atmoshere in the hotel. All staff are friendly and very efficient.

obviously I don't like the rooms with no city view, but that was my fault. incidental prices are crazy - to have a glass of ordinary wine can cost you 13 dollars

There are great tourist attractions nearby, like a roller rink park, and I will definitely return because the property had everything I needed.

The W is beautiful! The staff was outstanding. Our view of Manhattan was incredible. We sat for an hour at night watching the river and the skyline. One little thing but a nice touch: The coffee in the lobby in the morning was delicious.

location is very good, few minutes to path station.

bathroom was very clean but I wouldn't say the same thing for the room. It was dusty. There is no coffee tea facility in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was perfect for my sister's 30th birthday celebration, with lovely cupcakes and balloons upon arrival. The quiet floor ensured a peaceful atmosphere. The staff, from the doorman to the front desk, were all amazing and provided excellent service. Maxine at the front desk was particularly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We also enjoyed the outdoor amenities, such as the chairs on the lawn and the beanbag toss. The hotel's location was extremely close to the main attractions of this city and conveniently located next to the river. Additionally, it was just a short walk to the Path Rail station, making transportation very convenient.
